JOPA® is an established, medium-sized company specializing in plastics processing. Our facility in Ahlen manufactures products for the construction and garden sectors under the renowned JOPA® brand.
The JOPA® brand stands for unparalleled quality in the construction and garden sectors and continuously sets new benchmarks and standards in the plastics industry. We also produce products for heating and plumbing systems, as well as for various formwork systems.
Our primary goal is to impress our customers with the highest quality and reliable standards. For us, the concept of recycling isn't just theoretical; it's a lived reality! Our "Profi" and "Classic" line products are manufactured from recycled materials collected in the yellow recycling bin and refined through precise processing.
1908 – Founded by Johann Panick
1956 – Taken over by Wilhelm Panick
1957 – Start of plastics production
1974 – Klaus Panick takes over as managing director, representing the third generation of the family
1990 – Sudden death of Klaus Panick & takeover by his wife Monika
2000 – Sale of the business
2006 – Takeover by Ralf Spohn and Ralf Winter and the establishment of Kunststofftechnik S&W GmbH
2018 – Ralf Spohn, sole shareholder
2020 – Nils Spohn joins the company as an authorised signatory as part of the succession plan
2026 – Change of company name to JOPA GmbH
